How To Access Employee Self-Service Kiosk

Employee Self-Service Kiosk can be accessed from an Internet (web) browser and, depending on how your company has deployed it, from your office and/or home.
Primarily, Employee Self-Service Kiosk is accessed via your web browser either as a shortcut or by typing the correct website address (URL).

Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are officially supported.

 

Note: this is an example only – the actual URL will be given to you by your company or provided by Ready Pay if on Ready Pay cloud.

 

To log in a user will require a valid email address and a passwordwhich are both stored on the Employee File in Ready Pay.
Once a user has entered both of these, click Login with Email.
If you enter the wrong email address or password, an error message will be displayed and you will asked to re-enter the correct information.

Note: Use of the Admin Login link is intended for the System Administrator only, who must have received the appropriate technical instruction from Ready Pay.
We recommend that staff are informed of this, as misuse may cause significant system errors for which Ready Pay will not be held responsible.

 

Alternatively your IT may have configured SAML Single Sign On, in which case you will have a customised login button such as the Office 365 Login button shown below which you may use to sign in without having to provide login credentials.

 

Depending on how Employee Self-Service Kiosk is configured, it may also require a captcha code to be entered:

 

Ready People - Ready Pay Cloud only

If the Ready People app was activated, the login screen will look different and user passwords for Employee Self-Service Kiosk login are no longer those stored on the employee file in Ready Pay.

Click Continue after entering the email address and then provide the password (or reset password if necessary).

 

 

You can begin using Employee Self-Service Kiosk once you have successfully logged in.

If you do not know these login details, you will need to contact your IT or Payroll Department.

Ready Pay does not store these details.
